The firm of Rupert Bear and Company was formed in 1992 after Rupert had been Senior Partner in the Family Law department of Wells and Hind (latterly Evershed Wells and Hind) for many years.
The firm was established as a niche family law firm.
In 1996, Rupert was joined in Partnership by Murray Davies, who brought a wealth of experience gained in several premier Nottingham Law firms, and by Sarah Heathcote who had joined the firm at its formation.
The current practice name was then adopted.
The firm carries out private client work exclusively.
