Neeta has been a solicitor since 1988 and is the Managing Partner at Desor & Co. She has extensive experience in all aspects of family law, from divorce, judicial separation or breakdown of civil partnerships, to dealing with financial disputes arising from them or in dealings with the local authority. Neeta specialises in domestic abuse and complex financial disputes, particularly disputes between cohabiting couples and their financial predicaments.
She also deals with all aspects of personal Injury litigation, having specialised in 2001. She deals with Criminal Injuries Compensation claims, where it is impossible to identify the perpetrator and where the injury is as a result of a criminal act and has been able to secure maximum damages. Neeta has been an active member of the Middlesex Law Society, an ex-president and provides a voluntary pro-bono service at the Hillingdon Women's Centre, each week on a Thursday morning and various Monday evenings.
She had previously been working in the advertising sector whilst completing her LLB Law degree and managed to achieve a first-class honours.
