Our unique combination of legal expertise and a friendly, modern approach to service has propelled us in just a few years to becoming a dominant player in the London and home counties market.

Our clients have the convenience of the choice of two offices; either in the heart of London opposite Waterloo Station or the town-centre of Guildford in Surrey. Being presented with the prestigious Sunday Times Award for "leading small conveyancer" shows we know what it takes to be a first class market leader. All our business comes on recommendations and we know the importance of delivering on every deal.

We are experts in all aspects of residential property transactions especially the complex London leasehold market. We only employ full-time lawyers and assistants who focus purely on property giving us the ability to move transactions though more quickly and therefore, with a much higher success rate.

We charge a flat rate on transactions whether they are sale, purchase, leasehold, freehold, cash or mortgage.
Each lawyer has a dedicated assistant to ensure there is always someone in the office who knows your case.
Everyone who works here adds something to the team, and bring youth as well as experience to an industry just waiting to be updated with fresh and "fun" people.
We want to bring our skills, knowledge and abilities into the 21st century offering the service that customers deserve and to make complicated situations easier for you.
Please note that where cases are more complex, such as newbuild properties, HelpToBuy schemes or complex legal work such as exclusivity agreements, additional charges may apply.
When buying or selling a property, there are always charges that we have to pay on your behalf to third parties such as management companies or local authorities.
When everyone is happy with all aspects of the transaction, we exchange contracts.
For sales, we wait for the buyer to send through the deposit and for purchases we send the deposit to your seller.
We look for people who want to put their heart into their work, be positive and to help others at all costs.
We have a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) and will only accept CVs from direct candidates or those recruiters on our list.
All other speculative CVs will be treated as such and no introductory charges will be paid.
We pay highly competitive salaries, commensurate with experience, and provide a friendly and supportive working environment.
Appropriate training is provided for all roles, and as an SRA accredited training centre, we offer great opportunities for anyone looking to develop in the law.
