Pigotts Solicitors are a family run firm of solicitors established in 2000 by brother and sister Stephen and Sharon Cowell with a view to providing a specialist conveyancing service which is fast, friendly and efficient yet provides value for money. Between them they have over 40 years experience in the property industry. Stephen Cowell will handle your matter and regardless of who works on your matter, they will be supervised by him.
Stephen gained a degree in building surveying at Greenwich University in 1996 and having decided that he preferred the legal side of property then took a conversion course to law at London Guildhall. He qualified as a solicitor in 2000 having trained with the firm, and now has over 18 years' experience leading the firm as a partner specialising solely in conveyancing.
During that time he has helped thousands of families and individuals move home. Sharon Cowell is the firm's technical property law expert, specialising in both the legal and procedural aspects of conveyancing, assisting Stephen when necessary if technical issues arise during your transaction.
