We have been in our premises in Sunbury since 1993.
We are a small office where you will always be received with a warm reception.
We believe in acting in your best interest and that is why many Clients come back to us and recommend us to their friends and family.
We all enjoy our work and seek to improve our service to meet your needs and the advice we give is practical and free of legal jargon whenever possible.
Rashmee's main area of work is in family law, wills and probate.
She just about knows how to spell "conveyancing" but that is as far as her knowledge of property law goes.
We recognise that family breakdowns are a sensitive area and should you wish to discuss your circumstances please do contact our Family Department who would be pleased to arrange YOUR FREE 15 MINUTE APPOINTMENT.
In this important area we are committed to providing professional sensitive and practical advice to our clients.
We offer a free 15 minute advice consultation to help you consider the options available to you and to decide on what action to take next.
In family cases divorce, finances and children matters are treated separately by the Courts.
The buying and selling of property is an everyday event but it can be a difficult time if you do not have the support and advice of specialists.
We offer a stress-free conveyancing service as is possible with appointments to suit your convenience, estimates that include a costing of all fees and disbursements and a timetable towards completion.
The conveyancing transaction may sound simple but there are a number of stages that we must follow under the Law Society Conveyancing Protocol.
Your Solicitor will then write to you enclosing the information forms for your completion.
Whatever your age, if you have assets you should have a Will.
No-one likes to think of not being here anymore but this is the reason it is vital that you plan ahead.
Not only will it give you the security and piece of mind of knowing that those that you love are taken care of but it may also help to avoid expensive arguments after your passing over who gets what and why.
It is also particularly important if you have children as you will need to think about who you would want to look after them if you weren't able to.
A Lasting Power of Attorney is a document that you make to appoint people that you trust to help manage your affairs when you cannot.
Depending on your circumstances you can obtain one or both of these Lasting Powers of Attorney.
However the important point to note is that these are only available if the person making the Power of Attorney is fully mentally capable of understanding the effect and implications of the document.
We can advise you as to which LPA is the most appropriate for you and will guide you through the process of choosing your Attorney, determining if there are any restrictions you would like to place on the Attorney's powers and in what circumstances your Attorney can act.
