We were one of the first firms in Scotland to set up an estate agency service. The firm is also an agent for The Scottish Building Society, a service available from our estate agency office. The firm has been associated with the Isle of Islay from inception and more recently has developed connections in Glasgow, London and Geneva. The firm has a large number of clients outwith the Largs area and the solicitors are willing to travel to meet clients as required.

Fergus deals with the administration of executries on behalf of the firm's clients and acts for a number of trusts.
Linda deals with residential conveyancing and executries.
She also deals with any matrimonial or family matters arising, as well as any guardianship applications required by the firm's clients.
Robin has a particular interest in land and property law, succession, inheritance and executries and corporate work.
