She is experienced in legal matters relating to cohabitation; pre and post nuptial agreements; legal arrangements for children; parental responsibility; paternity; injunctions; property ownership disputes and Children Act claims.
She has practised exclusively in Family Law since qualification in 2008 and has significant experience in dealing with complex financial matters to include high net worth cases and cases with assets abroad.

Livia joined Gisby Harrison in 2017, undertook her training contract with us, and qualified as a solicitor in 2020.
She works with Walter Kramer in our property litigation team undertaking a range of specialist property litigation including property disputes, commercial and residential possession actions, forfeiture proceedings, and service charge/ground rent recoveries.

Yvonne is a member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors' Family Law Association), a body of family law professionals dedicated to promoting a non-confrontational approach to resolving family disputes.
Yvonne also has extensive experience in assisting clients with disputes following the breakdown of a co-habiting relationship and also with the preparation of pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and co-habitation agreements.

Spencer qualified as a solicitor in 1987.
He spent the first 15 years of his career in the City and the following 7 years as a partner with a firm in Sussex.
He was then "headhunted" by Gisby Harrison in 2010 for our Commercial Property and Development team.
Spencer specialises in portfolio acquisitions and disposals; development work; and landlord and tenant work, particularly in the retail and leisure sectors.
