His areas of expertise include; applications under the European Economic Area (EEA) regulations, deportation cases, bail and temporary admission cases, complex asylum cases, entry clearance cases including those for spouses, visitors and children, judicial review claims and appeals before the Tribunal and working with detained clients who are seeking to remain in the UK for various reasons including to seek protection and/or continue with their family life in the UK.
