After retiring from managing a large practice I realised that I missed the parts of the work that I really enjoyed, the residential conveyancing and the contact with clients! I decided that I would set up a general practice with my daughter Louise Kenny specialising in residential conveyancing. I was delighted to be joined by Susanne Spurling who also specialises in Residential Conveyancing, working from her Arundel office and by Emma Grundy whose speciality is Wills & Probate.
Moving house can be stressful and it can get to us all in the end, particularly when faced with people who do not return our calls! Whilst we cannot promise to fix all your woes, we will to do our best to make the whole process more bearable and if you think that I can assist I would be very pleased to hear from you.

Our Principal is VICTORIA KENNY, conveyancer.
She is a solicitor who qualified in 1984.
In her early years she specialised in wills and probate but then moved into residential conveyancing.
She started her own practice in 1989, which she built up to be one of the largest on the South Coast.
She has since retired from running that practice and has decided to concentrate on the part of law that she really enjoys which is residential conveyancing and wills.
SUSANNE SPURLING, conveyancer is also a solicitor who qualified in 2002.

Once the agents have confirmed to you that your offer has been accepted, they will ask for details of your solicitor.
Some agents may try to persuade you to use their recommended conveyancer.
Sometimes this is with the best of intentions and sometimes it is because that conveyancer pays them a fee for the introduction!
Simply tell them that you would prefer to use your own solicitor.
They should not be offended!
The agent will then arrange for a Memorandum of Sale to be sent to all parties.
The memorandum of sale will give us details of what has been agreed in terms of the property, price etc and of the seller or his or her solicitor.
