Vicki Mitman qualified as a solicitor in 2011, initially working with a specialist franchise firm and later joining a large regional firm to assist with the development of their franchise offering, which provided an opportunity for her to work with a wide variety of franchise and corporate clients.

Having first-hand experience of life as a franchisor means that Vicki's advice is commercial and realistic.

The principal service offered to potential franchisees is a comprehensive report on the franchise agreement provided by the franchisor.
Invariably, this will be in standard form and not subject to negotiation but Nina will outline your key responsibilities under the agreement highlighting anything which is unusual or, just as important, what may be missing, together with areas for clarification with the franchisor.
Having advised on literally hundreds of agreements, Nina has an in-depth knowledge of what should and what should not, appear in an ethical business format agreement.
