In 2008 we expanded our firm and opened our first Estate Agency practice offering a unique concept - an "All Inclusive Fee".
For that All Inclusive Fee our dedicated Estate Agents we will advertise your property For Sale and once we have successfully negotiated a sale, one of our experienced Solicitors will complete the Legal process for you, all for one competitive fee.

Away from the office Charles is a motorsport enthusiast and enjoys spending his free time with his family and his young Grandchildren.
Gavin joined the firm in 2007 as a Trainee Solicitor and since qualified as a Solicitor in 2010.
Gavin specialises in Wills, Powers of Attorney and Probate matters, Residential Conveyancing, Residential Landlord and Tenant matters.
