Greenwoods Solicitors are based in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire but regularly act for clients across Harrogate, Leeds, York, Boroughbridge, Wetherby, Ripon and surrounding areas. When Greenwoods began in Knaresborough in 1991, there were five firms of Solicitors. Now there are only three, of which we are the longest established. A small firm who interprets the legal maze into easily understood, clear, concise English.
We are experienced, friendly, efficient and understand the local area and markets. This approach coupled with our common sense and 'can do' attitude rewards us with client goodwill expressed by repeat business since day one for the last 27 years and counting. Whilst we follow the correct procedures, we do not stand on principle that something is not our job.
If it is faster for us to do it, we regard this as an advantage better to construct a client's case and it helps us to foster a good relationship with other members of the legal profession. We have no call centre, you will speak directly with one of our highly trained staff who are on the front line to deal with enquiries.
