We are located in modern offices in The Dome a listed building occupying a prominent position in the centre of Richmond. Richmond station is within 300 yards and offers both main line (Waterloo 20 minutes) and London Underground (District line) services. Roger Mullender qualified with a post-graduate diploma in law from the College of Law, London and is a Solicitor-Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience.

He has been a Solicitor trainer and supervisor since 2003. In his criminal practice Roger has represented clients accused of all manner of offences including murder, large scale drugs importation, sexual offences, serious violence, internet crime and customs and excise cases, Roger's experience is extensive and wide ranging. He has regularly represented clients at Crown Courts as well as Magistrates Courts and in Police Stations.

Roger has also successfully represented clients prosecuted by the Serious Fraud office on lengthy and complex international cases and specialises in Court Martial work, representing military personnel accused of serious offences both in the UK and in Europe.

Roger has overall responsibility for the practice, its staff and maintaining the high standards of service delivered to clients.
Jane specialises in Family Law and is an accredited specialist of Resolution and an accredited member of The Law Society Family Panel.
Anuja specialises in Wills and Probate, including will drafting, complex wills, Lasting Power of Attorneys, all matters relating to probate including contentious probate issues and inheritance tax planning.
In addition Anuja also completed the STEP advanced will writing diploma.
The team applies commitment and sound judgment to every case.
