Services
I have been qualified as a solicitor for over 26 years and cover all of aspects of our criminal workload.
Prior to coming into private practice I worked as a Clerk to the Justices and provided Judicial training.
With our busy workload I am most often found at a police station advising and assisting clients or on my feet in Court.
From the time I qualified as a solicitor, 18 years ago, I have always worked locally and always as a defence solicitor.
I like to think that am a good listener and someone who recognises the importance of ensuring that a client realises that someone is personally interested in their case and working hard to help them.

Do you know the ways in which a disqualification can be avoided on a 'drink driving' charge?
Do you know about your right to apply for a disqualification to be removed early?
Do you know whether the signage on a road meets the legal requirement necessary to found a conviction for exceeding the speed limit?
Are you driving on a 'road or other public place' whilst using a car park?
Are there ever circumstances when a Court can be persuaded not to impose penalty points that the law says it is obligatory to impose?

This is a critical stage in the criminal process, to the extent that often having legal representation can make the difference between whether you are charged or not.
In the event that you are charged, then what was said and done by you at the police station can have a real impact on the eventual outcome in the case.
The decision whether to the answer questions from the police can sometimes be a difficult question for a solicitor to advise on but it is almost always an impossibly difficult decision for an unrepresented individual to make.

Right from my initial meeting with Daniel Reilly I felt that I was represented by a confident person.
His work this day was very professional, even if things had gone against me I would still shake his hand because he gave me 100%.
Thank you.
To everyone at TBJ I would just like to say a big thank you for all your support in my case and taking it on.
You never judged me and advised me on what to do.
To Daniel Reilly what can I say but a very big thank you.
To the 'A Team' I'd just like to say a big THANK YOU for all of your hard work over the last few months!
