We offer a personal service to our clients from the outset of a case at the Police Station through to its conclusion. Maidstone based, we also cover courts in all regions of Kent.
Mrs Fionagh Green, the sole proprietor, has been granted the Solicitor-Advocates Higher Courts (Criminal Proceedings) Qualification and regularly serves on both Police Station and Court Duty schemes.The firm handles private work and is also contracted to the Legal Services Commission to provide quality service to our clients with a top category rating by the Legal Services Commission of 'excellence'.
We handle a wide range of criminal matters from road traffic offences in the Magistrates' Court to serious crime involving major crime units.
