Upon making an appointment to see ourselves to apply for Legal Aid, we shall write to you beforehand to confirm your appointment and to advise you of the documents you will need to bring with you for your first appointment to claim Legal Aid.

Depending upon the type of matter you wish to be advised upon there are different requirements as to what you should bring with you to your first meeting with ourselves to ensure that you qualify for legal aid.
If you do not qualify for Legal Aid we are able to offer up to one hour of legal advice on most Family matters for 100 plus vat to include writing to you to confirm our advice.
Our charges in acting for you in addition to the initial advice fee will be 250 plus vat and court fees.
To advise upon the preparation of your Will, our charges are normally 150 for a single Will or 200 for a mirror Will plus vat.
For Wills to include a Life Interest Trust we will charge 200 for a single and 250 for a mirror Will plus vat.
