Our fees cover all of the work required to complete the purchase of your new home, including dealing with registration at the Land Registry and with the payment of Stamp Duty Land Tax (Stamp Duty) if the property is in England, or Land Transaction Tax (Land Tax) if the property you wish to buy is in Wales.
Our legal fees start from 600 up to 5,000 inclusive of VAT dependent on the purchase price and other complicating factors for example if you have a substantial historic building on unregistered land.

Once we have an idea of what will be involved we will provide you with an estimate of the costs in your matter and we will keep you regularly updated with regard to our legal costs as the matter progresses.
