Roma Paluch has a Languages degree from Queen Mary College, London University where she studied European Studies with French. She hoped to pursue a career in languages but got drawn into the Law by her older sister Irma Pietron, who at that time worked for A Kay. She first worked as a legal secretary to a busy conveyancing Solicitor in a firm based in St James's London SW1.
Roma used to be a "General Practitioner" covering such diverse areas of law as Matrimonial, Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Wills & Probate, Immigration and Landlord & Tenant matters.
With more experience and expertise required in the ever changing legal environment, she now shares the Probate and Administration load with Harold Pluss; she acts as Professional Attorney and Deputy, as well as advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship applications; she is Legal Trustee on various charitable trusts; Roma is also our Immigration advisor.Roma is a single mum, with adult children and a grandson.

Our Residential Conveyancing legal fees* cover all of the work required to complete the sale of your property or the purchase of your new home, including dealing with registration at the Land Registry and dealing with the payment of Stamp Duty Land Tax (Stamp Duty) if the property is in England, or Land Transaction Tax (Land Tax) if the property you wish to buy is in Wales.
