Our ethos is to provide a personal service in a professional manner. We expect you to be able to speak to whoever is handling your matter whenever you need to. We do not have secretaries to get past. We do not have a voice message system where no-one ever returns your calls. If you cannot get to us then we will come to you if needed.

We work extremely hard to maintain the great reputation we have and if you instruct us you will see in our testimonials section why we have so many satisfied clients who are happy to recommend us time and time again.Chris graduated with a 1st class honours degree in law and followed this up with a Distinction on his Legal Practice Course.

Our personal injury team will provide you with the highest level of service to take you through the claims process smoothly and fairly.
We specialise in fatal accidents, accidents at work, public liability claims, road traffic accidents and claims on behalf of children.
We have vast experience in representing clients in respect of claims valued at more than 25,000.00.
We act in claims against other solicitors where they have failed to deal with a personal injury claim properly.
Whether you are buying or selling property we offer a top quality legal service at a very fair price.
We provide specialist legal advice on all matters relating to residential or commercial premises, mortgages and re-mortgages, tenancy agreements, purchase and sales and transferring property from one person to another.
We do not handle equity release matters.
We work quickly and efficiently to ensure you are getting the most from your property dealings.
We can advise on professional negligence in respect of property conveyancing.
A medical negligence claim generally arises where there has been substandard care by a medical professional.
This could be from a GP, dentist, hospital doctor or even a medical professional you have seen at a private consultation.
This is where there has been a failure to diagnose an illness or where you are diagnosed incorrectly.
This includes delays in diagnosis of cancer and treatment and failure or delay in diagnosing a fracture or broken bone.
It could also relate to serious problems such as the failure to quickly diagnose cauda equina syndrome or as a result of delay in diagnosing other serious conditions where you have attended the Accident and Emergency department.
Whether you are a tenant or a landlord, we offer a full range of services from advising on commercial lease disputes to negotiating and drafting a commercial lease from start to finish.
We offer a fixed fee service starting from 1,095 plus VAT and disbursements, irrespective of where the property is located.
We do not charge a percentage of the first year rent figure which we are aware is the standard charging basis for some solicitors firms.
If you would like to discuss a commercial lease matter then please do not hesitate to contact us.
The small claims track is the typical route through the courts that most low value (those which have a value of less than 10,000) claims take.
It covers a wide range of disputes including claims on a debt, building disputes and consumer disputes to name just a few.
The small claims track generally does not allow the successful party to recover their costs from the other side which means that people are reluctant to run up a large bill with their solicitors which could leave them with very little left over in damages or potentially even out of pocket.
