The Principal Kamran Lone has extensive experience in all aspect of Family Law. As a divorce is an extremely stressful time for all those involved, we aim to approach this very personal and sensitive situation in an understanding manner and always attempt to resolve matters by negotiating an agreement rather than costly court proceedings and also aim to minimise the effect of the breakdown on any child(ren) involved.

We also deal with all aspects of criminal law and can advise and represent clients in relation to any situation regarding a criminal allegation or charge, including motoring matters.

We offer advice and representation in all aspects of criminal law, from a minor driving matter to the most serious criminal offences.
The Principal Kamran Lone has over ten years' experience in practising criminal law and has acquired Duty Solicitor status which is a formal recognition of his experience and qualification in criminal law.
We can provide advice and representation at the police station for those who are arrested and taken to a police station for questioning as well as providing advice and representation for all matters at both Magistrates' and Crown Courts, including motoring matters.
Should you have an issue with the service we have provided, then you are asked to address any such concerns with our office initially and we will endeavour to resolve any issue you may have.
If we are unable to resolve any issue between us, you should contact the Legal Ombudsman which is an independent complaints service which has been delegated by the Law Society to handle the complaints it receives.
Normally, you will need to bring a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of receiving a final written response from us about your complaint or within a year of the act or omission about which you are complaining occurring (or you becoming aware of it).
