We can agree to charge fixed fees but can also agree to work on an hourly rate basis; we are able to provide average costs that you can incur during your matter.
When you provide us all the requested documentation, we should be able to submit your application in 1-2 weeks.
We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application.
Normally the Home Office takes three to six months.
VAT is chargeable on all our fees and disbursements @ 20% and disbursement i.e. counsel's fee, IHS Surcharge, Home office fee, which vary depending on your application.
