Whilst properties are still a mainstay of the practice, we also offer a range of other legal services for individuals, families and businesses including advice on Wills and Executries, Powers of Attorney and Guardianships, Business purchase and sale and also a range of litigation and regulatory matters including Employment Law, Licensing, Family and Contract Law.
We have many years' experience of dealing with a variety of accident/personal injury claims ranging from simple trips and falls, road traffic accidents, accidents in the work place and more serious incidents involving significant injury, loss of limb or even death.
We will always discuss the original claim without obligation and through our association with the 'Compensure' scheme, can also offer an insurance backed 'no win-no fee' arrangement for more complex incidents which may involve the need to obtain specialised advice and reports from medical and other experts.
Alan was educated at Dundee High School and Dundee University, and worked with several other Dundee legal practices prior to establishing his own firm in 1990.
