Murray qualified as a Solicitor as long ago as 1970 and was for many years head of the Property Department of a medium sized Holborn firm. In 2002 Murray left Central London and started the present firm. Murray has many years of experience in handling all matters relating to commercial leasehold and freehold properties. He acts for a substantial number of major commercial property investors and handles when required large and complex transactions.
He is also experienced in dealing with all matters in preparation and negotiation of Leases of commercial building whether for investment or for private business occupation. Jonathan qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and has worked for a number of medium/large sized central London law firms in their company/commercial departments and banking teams.
He also spent a few years working in industry for one of Europe's largest suppliers of transport glass as its commercial director. Jonathan specialises in advising on acquisitions and disposals of both private and public companies, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, distribution, franchise and agency agreements.
