M J Solomon & Partners Solicitors
While we are familiar with all areas of Immigration law and other legal area such as civil, family etc., we have chosen to specialize majorly on European Community law and regulations. Therefore, we are able to assist either the European as well as their family members including those family members who may be classified as foreigners. As such, when a European national married a foreigner, we can help.

We can also help with such applications relating to distant relatives of even the foreigner that is married to the European National e.g children of such foreigners. At M.J.Solomon & Partners Solicitors we aim to provide competent and clear advice based on a simple principle. Our first question is always whether we can make any significant difference to the conduct of your immigration or nationality affairs in the UK, since certainty is the key to a successful legal relationship.

We handle all aspects of an individual's establishment or settlement in the United Kingdom. Whether it is for business, family matter, study related, or whether you wish to acquire British citizenship, we can provide you with a competent solution.
Services
MJSandP Services works closely with business owners to ensure businesses run smoothly.
We often negotiate and draft contracts and buy-and-sell agreements, assist with corporate compliance measures and tax filing, and represent businesses in shareholder disputes and commercial litigation cases.
Our attorneys are seasoned negotiators and litigators, and know how to best represent your financial interests, successfully resolving your issues in the boardroom or the courtroom.
As a Romanian or Bulgarian national, you are now able to move and reside freely in any Member State of the EU.
You do not require leave to enter or remain to reside legally in the United Kingdom.
You will have a right of residence in any EU Member State for the first 3 months of residence on an unrestricted basis and you can remain legally resident in that state as long as you wish, providing you are exercising a treaty right as a student, an employed, a self-employed person, or if you are self-sufficient.
We are Solicitors of the Supreme Court of England and Wales, able to handle all legal matters but have carefully decided to specialize in immigration law, in particular, visa refusals and appeals, including all steps through to the High Court, Court of Appeal and the House of Lords.
Visa refusal includes Entry Clearance visa and refusals of Leave to Remain in the UK.
As you may be aware, UK immigration law changes with time and with different government in power.
With the ever changing rules, it is necessary to be on top of things at all times, otherwise, it will not be possible to do everything and do them right.
To submit a written representation is more useful when you do not have a right of appeal, but can also be used when you do have a right of appeal.
The aim of written representation is to persuade the refusing officer to reverse his decision in light of new evidence or clarification on points raised by the refusal.
Written representation will sometimes provide more documents, information or clarification on issues that the refusal may raise.
The refusing officer may be pleased with the additional information and be willing to reverse his earlier decision.
Our immigration solicitors regularly assist clients in submitting applications to the UKBA (formerly the Immigration and Nationally Directorate of the Home Office).
In addition to assisting with applications, we have extensive experience of immigration litigation, not only at the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal, but also at the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
Aldgate East tube station is 3 minutes walk form our head office and is the nearest one.
You can get District line, Hammersmith & City line or Circle line Plan your journey at TFL.
