When someone is suspected of a crime, he or she always faces a difficult emotional challenge. Fear is something that comes to us all in certain situations, but when it's associated with a potential criminal prosecution, this fear can be paralyzing.

When I founded The Clapham Law Solicitors, operating under the name, Clapham Law Chambers, even before its inception, I had envisioned a high-powered commercial and criminal litigation law firm such that would stand apart from the myriad of talented, if overwhelmed, one and two-lawyer practices.One that would handle cases the way big litigation firms do, with plenty of resources and a team of intelligent commercial and criminal solicitors and barristers working together.

I had seen too many examples of the lone, brilliant solicitor and barrister becoming ineffective once his time was spread over 100 cases. I intend to use my experience as an advocate at Privy Council to strengthen the firm's commitment. The ClapHam Law Solicitors Firm has built its practice primarily on word-of-mouth among our clients and the trusted referrals from our colleagues in the legal profession.
