Simmons Stein was established in 1989 by Gary Simmons and Jeffrey Stein in the heart of London's West End. We are a two partner niche firm specialising in all aspects of Property Law. The emergence of the smaller niche firms has ended the demarcation between the large City firms and the smaller style firms.
We have achieved this by establishing close ties with the leading property barristers and surveyors in the country, which enables us to draw upon a wealth of outside expertise to compliment the day-to-day work of the practice.Firms such as ours offer both private and commercial clients the expertise that used to be unique to the large City firms but without the high cost often associated with such firms.
It allows us to provide a very personal service which is both commercial and pragmatic. Our expertise has increased to keep pace with the more complex needs of our clients. Jeffrey was admitted as a Solicitor in 1985 and was similarly trained at Brecher & Co where he first met Gary Simmons.
