Tom Campbell LL.B was educated at Queens University, Belfast. He qualified as a solicitor in 1985 and as professional Mediator in 2015. He specialises in employment law and litigation and has written articles for "the Writ", a legal publication. He has been appointed as a professional Trustee by the Charity Commission since 2019 to advise and assist charities on employment issues and with governance arrangements.
A former High Sheriff of Belfast, he is a local Councillor and a member of Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council. Mr Stafford has a Bachelor of Legal Science Degree from Queen's University Belfast, qualifying from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies at Queen's in 2002.
