I was aware that at ANNAN from onset they had my best interests at heart and any communication by telephone email or by person from anyone in the team was dealt with professionally and swiftly.even the most naive questions!
The whole process by team Annan was really great and I would recommend them with confidence.

Michael the owner in particular was amazing. He helped not only get us a great price but with emergency building work we needed done.
We were very impressed with their local knowledge and helpful attitude. We have bought and sold several homes in the past and from this I would rate Annan estate agents as outstanding.

We had a lovely experience with Annan Lettings; Micheal, Gill and Leigh made us feel very looked after throughout our entire let. We met Micheal at the viewing and he helped us rent our dream flat! All the communication via email and phone was prompt, informative and friendly, and everybody went above and beyond to make our experience positive. Some Edinburgh letting agents have scammed us in the past with the deposit and end of tenancy cleaning fees etc, but Annan were reasonable and very honest which was much appreciated.

We worked with Alexander as he was recommended by a friend. We found him to be professional, honest and easy to work with. He kept us up to date and provided us with good advice. He was very easy to reach and responded quickly to either phone or emails. Would definitely use him again in the future as he took very good care of us.
