We can provide expert advice as to whether grounds may exist to appeal a decision which has been made in a case. We provide representation for matters concerning cash seizure, forfeiture and the freezing of assets. We represent clients in all forms of extradition request. We have gained particular expertise in requests from both European Countries and jurisdictions outside of the EU.

We provide representation for individuals who are subject to disciplinary hearings within their respective bodies.

Lartey & Co Solicitors was founded in 2020 by Jason Lartey who is the Managing Director of the Firm.
Jason is a highly experienced litigator and advocate with over a decade of experience in the legal profession.
In 2017, at 30 years of age Jason was appointed as Legal Director of one of the UK's largest law firms and was responsible for the supervision for fee earners across the firms 13 offices.
As a result of this Jason understands the nature and demand of meticulous preparation of cases.
Jason has dealt with a number of high profile cases in recent years and prides himself on being able to deal with all aspects of the areas of law the firm offers.

In 2018, Jason Lartey of our firm was the supervising solicitor of the team involved in the case of Lauri Love v USA.
This was a landmark case because it was the first time that the Forum Bar to extradition had successfully been argued at the High Court.
