We will advise you of the available options as to how your assets can be left.
We can also, subject to availability, deal with the probate of a straightforward small estate.
Our fee for probate work is usually 1% of the value of the estate plus VAT plus the probate registry fees and other disbursements that may be payable.
Our probate service includes preparing the inheritance tax and probate forms and applying for the grant of probate for you.
