Peter Aspinall and Tony Wright have practised as solicitors in partnership from these offices for over 30 years.
In 1991 they established the present firm of Aspinall Wright and since that date the firm has expanded, acquiring adjacent premises as necessary to enable us to provide the present impressive facilities.
Paul Bunting became a partner in 2008.
In 2012 as part of the modernisation strategy we created a Limited Company to run the Practice from the start of 2013, which continues to date and the existing Partners remained as Directors.
Peter qualified as a solicitor in 1971 and specialises in employment law for both employees and businesses, and in services to the commercial community.
He advises on company and business sales and acquisitions and in the sales and purchases of commercial property and leases.
He also deals with litigious commercial matters on behalf of his commercial clients.
Peter now works in a consultancy role.
Tony Wright qualified as a solicitor in 1976.
He has broad experience in both commercial and residential property, and Wills, trust, probate and inheritance tax planning.
Notarial Services are provided by Anthony (Tony) Malkin Wright, who qualified as a Notary in 1989.
He is one of the only Notaries within the area and is a member of the Notaries Society (www.thenotariessociety.org.uk).
As a Notary Tony has represented many individuals and commercial organisations and endeavours to provide services to suit the individual needs of the client and the matter.
The principal functions of a Notary are to allow the Notary to prepare and authenticate documents intended to be used abroad.
