Simon has worked in several firms throughout the Birmingham area practicing in several areas of Law, particularly Matrimonial and Family.
In his spare time Simon enjoys playing guitar and listening to music.

Land Registry fees will depend on the property value, whether the property is Freehold or Leasehold and registered or unregistered.
The amount of Stamp Duty Land Tax payable will depend on the property value, location of the property and nature of the transaction.

Simon's hourly rate is 175.00 plus VAT.
Divorce matters start at a fixed fee of 750.00 plus VAT, Court Fees are 550.00 for all work up to and including Decree Absolute.
Finance matters are charged at an hourly rate of 175.00 plus VAT.
Whilst it is difficult to make an accurate prediction at this stage it is likely that the costs of reaching the First Directions Appointment will be around 2,000.00 plus VAT and disbursements.
