More and more people are recognising the importance of having a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) in place, which would enable their loved ones to deal with their affairs.
Here at Nick Brundall Solicitors we understand how essential an LPA is and therefore we are happy to give one hours free advice explaining what they are, how they can be used and getting across the circumstances when you may need one.
Whilst many believe there is a greater need when you are elderly to have one in place, sadly life can throw curve balls and anyone with assets/a property really ought to have at least the knowledge of what an LPA is.
