Power Scott carries out client feedback analysis which currently shows a 95% satisfaction rate. These are some of the comments made by clients. We can prepare an easy to understand Will for 120 plus VAT. We also provide advice on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) for property & finance & for health & welfare. Our fee of 350 plus VAT includes preparing & registering your LPA with the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG).
There is usually a registration fee to pay to the OPG in addition but you may be eligible for a reduction in that fee or registration may even be free according to your circumstances. We offer a fixed fee conveyancing service with no hidden extras from 475 plus VAT. Because we are a small practise you will have a named and experienced solicitor who will deal with your transaction from start to finish.
We will always try to provide an accurate estimate of the likely cost involved from the outset and, if instructed, will deal with the process of winding up your loved.
