Our commercial property team are highly experienced and efficient by having a solid understanding and good level of experience in dealing with a vast area of commercial property transactions.
These range from the granting of simple retail leases for shops and industrial units, to more complex business leases.
Comprising of larger units and larger shops including premises trading as established businesses where the intention is to purchase them as ongoing concerns.
We will send you our Firm's Terms of Business which will set out details of the costs and charges in relation to your transaction for your signature and at this stage we will request that you provide us with evidence of your identity, such as your valid passport or driving licence, together with proof of address (whereby this document should state your name); such as a utility bill dated within the last three months.
You will receive a Property Information Form providing details on the property; its services and utilities, and Fixtures and Fittings List (setting out what items you wish to leave behind at the property and fittings you intend to sell at an additional cost).
We will send to you our Firm's Terms of Business which will set out details of the costs and charges including the disbursements (being third party payments or other small charges other than our fees) in relation to your transaction for your signature.
We would then request that you provide us with evidence of your identification, such as your valid passport and/or valid driving licence, together with your proof of address such as a utility bill which is not more than 3 months old, and should include your name on this as well.
