An example of our conveyancing fees would be the current quote of 650 (inclusive of VAT and disbursements) for acting on the sale of a property priced below 250,000, and 700 for properties priced 250,000 and above, with the exception of flats or apartments. Dickensons Property Lawyers do not pay referral fees to estate agents or to financial advisors for recommendations; Referral fees only add to the costs of the clients.
We endeavour to include all foreseeable costs in our quotations as we do not believe in hidden extras.
