In 1919 Leonard Haworth (grandfather of Partners, Christopher and Timothy) began practice as the first solicitor in Cleveleys.
His son, also named Leonard Haworth continued to develop the practice from premises situated above the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Christopher joined the Firm in 1963 followed by his brother Timothy in 1968.
In 1976 Leonard Haworth and Sons moved to larger office premises at 6 Crescent East, Thornton Cleveleys, where the current practice remains today.
Andrew Brotherton joined the Firm as a Partner in 2009 and the practice was renamed Haworth Brotherton.
His son, also named Leonard Haworth continued to develop the practice from premises situated above the Royal Bank of Scotland.

We are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary/PA to join our Thornton Cleveleys office.
The role involves supporting and assisting a Partner on a varied Private Client caseload, including Wills, Probate, LPAs and all aspects of Residential and Commercial property transactions.
You will provide full secretarial support, including meeting and greeting clients, audio digital dictation, submitting searches and handling telephone queries from clients and/or third parties.
General typing/correspondence and document work, alongside the preparation of legal forms where required.
