Reporting to you with a completion statement and taking instructions from you on how you want the net proceeds of sale released to you.
In addition to our fixed costs we charge 20 plus VAT for sending you the net proceeds of sale by telegraphic transfer.
We make no charge for sending you the net proceeds of sale by cheque.
Disbursements are costs relating to your sale or purchase that are payable to third parties such as obtaining title documents from the Land Registry and obtaining replies to leasehold enquiries or a leasehold information pack from the managing agents.
