She is very experienced in all aspects of conveyancing, having originally qualified as a solicitor in 1981, before becoming a licensed conveyancer in 1999.
Katy joined Leitch & Co in 2006.
Originally qualifying as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, she was admitted as a solicitor in 2009 and became a Partner in the firm in 2018.
Katy undertakes all types of conveyancing transactions, but has a keen interest in land registration, having completed the Land Registry's own two-year Diploma in Land Registration Law and Practice.
