Geoff has been putting clients first for over 4 years in his previous roles as a partner in 2 major law firms.
Hardwick Legal Solicitors have a strong focus on development land, agricultural property, commercial property, telecommunications and infrastructure and have worked with a variety of clients on these matters from blue-chip development companies to individuals engaged in private purchases.
All conveyancing is undertaken by Geoff Gilbert the owner of Hardwick Legal who has over 40 years experience in conveyancing.
We are happy to provide a written estimate of our fees and likely disbursements at the outset in all property transactions.
Disbursements are payments we make on your behalf such as search fees.
Subject to the Assumptions * below we charge the following fixed fees for the conveyancing work in the sale and purchase of freehold residential properties.
Our fee covers all the legal work required to complete the purchase of your property including dealing with the payment of Stamp Duty Land Tax and registering the purchase of your property at the Land Registry.
