Based in the Heart of Hereford and Tenbury wells we are a local, well-known and trusted law firm. We build long-standing relationships with generations of our clients by taking the time to know each client, their needs and offering a transparent 'down to earth' approach. We cut out the 'legal jargon' and explain every legal process in a way which our clients can understand and can understand the implications for them.
We understand that any legal process can seem daunting, whether it be residential and commercial conveyancing, family and children matters, business, company and agricultural matters to drafting wills. We strive to make sure our clients feel that their matter is in safe hands, explaining every step, and being available to our clients when they have queries or require an update.
This is why so many of our loyal clients decide to use us as their solicitors time after time - because we are not just any firm of solicitors, we are their solicitors. We have been representing our clients for over 15 years.

The Process of writing a Will is one that many people delay, but it is a process that is very important to ensure that your wishes are carried out after you pass.
Through drafting your will, you will have the opportunity to decide who inherits your assets as well as the arrangements for your funeral and who you wish to appoint as your executors to deal with the administration of your estate.
Usually people assume that when they die, their children, partner etc. will inherit their estate.
However, this is often a misconception and can in fact mean that in some circumstances when a will is not made, that an individuals partner/child can be left with nothing.
