C Wilson Solicitors
Our clients enjoy a professional service but in an environment that is comfortable, and we hope we never let our clients feel intimidated or baffled by jargon. Claire Wilson obtained a degree in Jurisprudence from Oxford University and graduated in 1995. She stayed in Oxford to obtain her law school Diploma (Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice).

C. Wilson Solicitors Eccleston was established in 2004. Their original home was in the Carrington Centre but in 2012 moved to the current current address. Services
What we hope to do is ensure that at least the legal aspect of moving is not a source of stress.
We aim to get our clients moved quickly and ensure that we are thorough and efficient and leave our clients feeling happy and excited about their house move.
Our fees are very competitive and when we give an estimate of charges we are utterly clear and comprehensive and don't include 'add on's' to our bills that can come as a nasty surprise at the end of your move.

We offer the service of fully preparing, advising on and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
We are often approached by clients who find themselves in difficulty because a member of their family has gone into a home and they can't access their bank account to set up a direct debit or they need to sell the house and lack the legal capacity to do it.
If the person who needs care has already lost their mental capacity to appoint someone to act for them then it is too late for them to sign a Power of Attorney so the more difficult and more expensive route of seeking a Deputyship Order may become necessary.
There are other methods of will writing on the market but we often find when we advise our clients that we prompt them to consider things they hadn't thought about and of course seeing a solicitor ensures that the will, both in terms of its drafting and the signing formalities will be valid and accepted for probate.

We charge a fixed fee for an individual will - depending on the complexity, the fee will be between 80 and 150 plus VAT.
There are lots of variable factors in quoting a specific fee for a transaction.
The fees might depend on where the property is, the sale/purchase price, whether it is leasehold or freehold and also whether it is a new build or recently a new build.
Our fees will vary from 595 for a standard conveyance at the lower end of values up to 1000.00 for the higher value and or more complex cases.
