The Adviser will be responsible for checking documents provided by the Client and advising of any additional requirements, assessing the Client's application against the Home Office rules and guidelines and preparing the Client application to the Home Office with a supporting cover letter (Not applicable for Documents Checking Service).

Individuals staying in the UK under this category are not allowed to take any other employment other than working for the business or businesses that they have established.
Applicants are normally required to have 200,000 to invest in a new or existing business in the UK, although some categories can apply with only 50,000 of finance.
You will need to show that the funds available to you are held in 1 or more regulated financial institutions and disposable in the UK.
Individuals staying in the UK under this category are not allowed to take any other employment other than working for the business or businesses that they have established.
Applicants are normally required to have 200,000 to invest in a new or existing business in the UK, although some categories can apply with only 50,000 of finance.
You will need to show that the funds available to you are held in 1 or more regulated financial institutions and disposable in the UK.
If you are over 16 years old and want to invest not less than 2 million or more in the UK you can apply under Tier 1 (Investor) visa.
The funds must be under your own control, be held in a regulated financial institution and be disposable in the UK.
Have invested not less than 750,000 of your capital in the UK by way of UK Government bonds, share capital or loan capital in active and trading UK registered companies other than those principally engaged in property investment; and have invested the remaining balance of 1 million in the UK by the purchase of assets or by maintaining the money on deposit in a UK regulated financial institution.
The funds must be under your own control, be held in a regulated financial institution and be disposable in the UK.
Have invested not less than 750,000 of your capital in the UK by way of UK Government bonds, share capital or loan capital in active and trading UK registered companies other than those principally engaged in property investment; and have invested the remaining balance of 1 million in the UK by the purchase of assets or by maintaining the money on deposit in a UK regulated financial institution.
