Peter Kneale Solicitor is an independent no win-no fee personal injury solicitor in Liverpool. I have been a solicitor for over 30 years and I've spent most of that time dealing with personal injury claims. I have represented a huge number of claimants over the years originally starting with legal aid work and then moving on to working for members of a number of trade unions.
I have dealt with claims that range from simple workplace accidents worth little more than 1000 to dealing with a very complex claim which settled for 1 million. But I appreciate that no matter how large or small, your claim is specific and important to you. In 2014 I set up my own practice. Every client's case gets my personal attention. Because I work for myself, I'm available to speak to my clients at the time that is most convenient to them.
I'm quite happy to deal with telephone calls and meet with clients in the early evening or at the weekend, at the time that best suits you. I am now also a Notary Public, having passed my exams in 2018.

Services
We believe that it is essential that people who have been injured through no fault of their own should receive all of the compensation that they are awarded.
That's why at Peter Kneale Solicitor we pass on 100% of your damages- guaranteed for all accidents at work, public liability accidents and some Road Traffic Accidents*.
The last 25% is being used by the firms to boost their fees.
This is because the success fee that lawyers charge when they win a claim, which used to be payable by the Defendants (who are usually a large insurance company) is now no longer recoverable, unless the lawyer can deduct it from their own client's damages.

If you've been involved in an accident and it wasn't your fault, you may be entitled to compensation.
For many people the idea of having to pay a lot of legal fees would put them off making a claim.
No win=no pay.
Not on most claims*.
Here at Peter Kneale Solicitor we believe that you are entitled to keep whatever compensation you have been awarded.
For as long as we are able to, we will not ask for a penny off your compensation.
This is quite different from a lot of other firms, who may take as much as 25% of your compensation as part of their fees.

Coping with the death of a close relative is a difficult time anyway.
Dealing with all the legal requirements of wills, inheritance and probate can make it even harder.
Where a will is in existence, the Executors will need to apply for the Grant of Probate to give them the legal right to administer the estate.
Where no will exists, the will is invalid or it does not specify an Executor, an Administrator will need to be appointed.
Administering and distributing an estate comes at a time of grief and high emotion, and the processes and legal steps involved can be confusing.
