Complaints Procedure: The majority of our clients are very happy with the service we provide them, but in the event that you have any cause for concern, including about a bill, then please be aware that you are entitled to make a complaint, and that you can do so by contacting the designated complaints handler Mr Steven Sullivan who is based at our Salford office.
