Our solicitors represent clients before the Magistrates Court on a daily basis.

If you face more serious matters in the Crown Court, our team of lawyers will make sure that you are fully prepared and that you are represented by an experienced advocate.
We will advise you on your legal position, and will make sure that your case is presented to the Court in a clear and favourable light, no matter what the circumstances.
If your case progresses from the Magistrates Court and you already have the benefit of legal aid, this will transfer to the Crown Court and you will be advised of any costs you may have to pay by way of a contribution.

Complaints Procedure: The majority of our clients are very happy with the service we provide them, but in the event that you have any cause for concern, including about a bill, then please be aware that you are entitled to make a complaint, and that you can do so by contacting the designated complaints handler Mr Steven Sullivan who is based at our Salford office.
