Our starting fees for freehold sales and transfers of equity are 450 plus VAT plus disbursements (per transaction).
Our starting fees for freehold purchases are 500 plus VAT plus disbursements (per transaction).
When acting on your behalf for a purchase, our fees will depend on a number of factors, such as complexity, value, urgency, the nature of the property transaction and how you are funding the purchase.
For sales, we will obtain title documents from the Land Registry, contact existing lenders for redemption statements, prepare contract documentation, answer enquiries and prepare for completion.
