Manley Turnbull is an independent solicitor's practice specialising in dispute resolution. Independence means that the firm can provide advice about sensitive disputes which may involve professionals or others within the usual network or locality of the individual or business concerned. Many clients are from outside the Gloucestershire area, where we are based, providing confidence in both neutrality and independence.

Katy Manley is the founder of the practice. She has been at the forefront of this emerging niche specialist area of practice. She was instrumental in the creation of the national network of like minded legal representatives who are members of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association ('PNLA'). Manley Turnbull Limited is a limited liability company registered in England and Wales.

Registered office - Guiting Manor Farms - 2nd Floor Winchcombe Road Guiting Power Cheltenham GL54 5UX. Company Number 5714179. SRA Registered number 00440568. Authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

If you believe you may have a case for a claim, in the first instance please contact us using the details on the right or our online enquiry form.
We will happy to discuss this with you.
Changes introduced by the Legal Aid Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 ('LASPO') to Conditional Fee Agreements, Damages Based Agreements and After the Event insurance will mean that some solicitors and their clients may decide that there should be independent legal advice on the proposed retainer and options for funding litigation.
