The offices open 8.45am to 5pm five days a week.
All fee earners and support staff have voicemail and e-mail.
There is ground floor accommodation which affords easy access for elderly, infirm or physically disabled people.
Whenever necessary, arrangements can be made for clients to be seen in their own homes, hospitals or nursing homes.
Each fee earner has support staff who are familiar with the file and who will usually be able to give information to the client if the fee earner is out of the office or unavailable.
